Rachel Bubman, Manager of Human Resources: Bringing 8+ years of experience in HR and Business Compliance from the Retail and Restaurant startup world, Rachel is excited to usher her expertise into the exciting field of Aviation. Rachel has a deep passion for uplifting others, and she enjoys her role as advocate for both People and Company.

Tom Cooper, VP Fleet, Supply Chain & Planning: 19 years at Delta Air Lines in a variety of positions including Director of Engineering, Planning, and Programs. Last 14 years as executive consultant with TeamSAI & Oliver Wyman CAVOK.

Bill Cranor, Director IOCC: 32 years of airline operations experience in airline dispatch, ATM, airspace procedure design, meteorology and airline ops mgmt. Held leadership positions at United Airlines, JetBlue, and Continental Airlines. Founding member and leader of Collaborative Decision-Making work groups.

Ryan Gilman, Chief Financial Officer: Airline executive at Delta and Northwest Airlines for over 19 years in various financial and commercial roles.

Dave Green, Director Airports: Former Airport Services Manager of Ramp Training and Standards for Eastern Airlines. 15 years at United Airlines to include roles of Airport Operations Station Supervisor in Washington-Dulles (IAD), Philadelphia (PHL), Newark-Liberty (EWR) for both Above and Below the Wing operations. 25 year USAF veteran and non-commissioned officer.

Darrin Greubel, Director of Operations: 27 years of experience in Flight Operations at two regional airlines (turboprop and jet fleets) in various roles including 7 years as an FAA 119 Director of Operations and Chief Pilot. Instrumental in the restart of ExpressJet Airlines (dba – AHA Airlines) based in Reno, NV with EMB-145 aircraft flying to 10+ cities.

Dr Alex Lee, Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer: Over 15 years of airline strategy consulting across the globe with emphasis on fleet and network, M&A, financial turnarounds and new product development.

Joe Mohan, Chief Commercial Officer: 25+ years of airline industry experience, including CEO Viva Air, CCO Copa Airlines and VP Alliances and Partnerships American Airlines. 

Louis J. Petrucelly, Chief Accounting Officer:  Senior financial executive with over 20 years of experience leading corporate finance, accounting, and operations functions. Served as Chief Financial Officer for three publicly traded companies including an aviation software company that provided predictive analytics and decision-support solutions for the aviation industry, and a leading software-defined storage data services company. Lou began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP.

Andrew Phillips, VP Financial Planning & Analysis: 20+ years of leadership experience in the airline and hospitality industries in the US, UK, Middle East and Japan across Finance, Accounting, Airport Operations, Reservations and IT.

Mike Ranz, Director Quality Assurance/Chief Inspector, Technical Services: 35 Years in Aerospace Regulations and Quality.  Extensive experience in Aerospace Regulatory and Quality issues, including starting multiple part 145 stations.  Certified Lead auditor with over 20 years of maintaining Supplier Quality in support of Airlines.

Ajay Singh, Chief Technology Officer: Ex-Advisory Director PwC, ex-VP IT United Airlines, ex-Head of Business Transformation Office, United Airlines.

Chris Thomas, Director of Sustainability: Spent the past 7 years at the grass roots level enacting practical changes to improve the environment be that driving plastic bag bans in his local town, reducing restaurant waste in Timor, or harnessing the passion and energy of college students in helping them launch environmentally focused startups. As a pilot appreciates aviation’s impact on the environment and wants to make sure WMA launches its airline operations in the most environmentally friendly way possible.

John Thomas, Chief Executive Officer: 40+ years in airline industry as leading global advisor working with major airlines followed by senior executive positions. Group Executive (CEO)/Accountable Executive Virgin Australia Airlines (~US$4bn rev, 21m pax/year), Currently: Director Icelandair, SkyService Inc.

Devan Wiebe, Director of Safety: Pilot for 15 years, holding Airline Transport Pilot license as well as Commercial Glider and Sea Plane ratings and a Certified Flight Instructor. Flight experience of 9,000 hours in many different aircraft. Member of the FAA Safety Team, or FAAST, in the Boston area for 6 years. Captain/Check Airman for Waltzing Matilda Aviation 135 operations since 2018.
